Candidates should already be based in Limassol, Cyprus, or may start remotely with the flexibility to relocate.

Build and improve identity and access management, secrets management, and secure infrastructure access
Strengthen Linux and cloud security, VPNs, and SSL/TLS certificate management
Integrate security checks into GitLab CI/CD pipelines
Improve infrastructure protection, incident response, and security practices
Help define safe practices for AI tools and AI agents with infrastructure access
Build the DevSecOps foundations from scratch and take ownership of this critical infrastructure area

At least 5 years of experience in DevOps or system administration
Strong Linux skills
Hands-on experience with Ansible and Terraform
Solid understanding of infrastructure security, identity and access management, and secrets management
Ownership, clear communication, and a practical, solution-oriented approach to security
English proficiency is mandatory
