DevOps engineer in finance and accounting

As part of our Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS) team, you will support our clients on their journey into the digital future of Finance & Reporting, as well as with extraordinary challenges in the capital markets and M&A activities. We pursue our goals exclusively together: we develop our expertise in interdisciplinary and multinational teams and constantly share our knowledge, both internally and with our clients, while using the latest technology.

• You help our team support several applications with hundreds of users worldwide. You manage and develop the associated platform to ensure successful operations. In doing so, you are always in contact with the development team and will also take on the role of a software developer or requirements engineer yourself.
• You take care of maintaining and further developing existing systems, ensuring the quality of the tools.
• You help manage software effectively and support it throughout the entire release cycle. Create and manage deployment pipelines that ensure the smooth operation of IT applications.
• As part of your work, you will further your education in finance and accounting.

• You have already completed your degree in (business) computer science or a comparable degree (gap year), or you will soon complete it.
• You have already gained initial practical experience in software engineering, especially with the following technologies: TypeScript, Node.js, SQL databases.
• You have an affinity for server systems, especially technologies such as Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes, as well as a basic understanding of network architectures.
• You are fluent in spoken and written German and English.
