• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab;
• Support and improve deployment processes using XL Deploy and XL Release;
• Develop and maintain Unix automation scripts to improve system efficiency and reliability;
• Collaborate with development teams working with Java and legacy technologies such as Cobol;
• Support and maintain development environments, including Eclipse and Visual Cobol;
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure application availability;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of DevOps practices, processes, and tooling;
• Work within Agile teams to ensure smooth integration between development and operations;
• Document processes, configurations, and solutions to support knowledge sharing.

• Proven experience in DevOps or similar roles;
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab;
• Solid knowledge of Unix/Linux environments and scripting;
• Familiarity with Java and legacy technologies such as Cobol;
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and collaborative team environments;
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset;
• Good communication skills;
• Ability to work in English, spoken and written;
• Nice to have: Experience with XL Deploy and XL Release, experience with Eclipse and Visual Cobol.
