DevOps engineer in cloud infrastructure

We’re hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer on behalf of one of our clients, an established company looking for an experienced engineer to own and improve their cloud infrastructure and delivery pipelines. We’re looking for someone with 10+ years of experience in DevOps or related positions, including recent hands-on work with AWS.

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes
• Monitor system performance and reliability, identifying and resolving issues proactively
• Collaborate with our development teams to ensure efficient integration and delivery of software solutions
• Maintain and optimize our cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Design and operate monitoring, logging and alerting systems
• Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC)
• Drive continuous improvement in operational practices and DevOps methodologies
• Provide support during incidents and contribute to post-incident analysis and remediation

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role, with a strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices
• Proficiency in managing CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and services like EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, etc.
• Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker or Kubernetes
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar
• Understanding of security best practices
• Fluency in English
