Devops engineer for business-critical systems

• In a nutshell: Together with your team, you take responsibility for analyzing, planning and implementing build and deployment pipelines and infrastructure automation for business-critical system landscapes at our customers.
• Analyze requirements: You capture the customer's requirements and technical starting point, derive solution concepts and implement them, including, where applicable, in tendering situations.
• Plan system environments: You plan, document and set up system environments and processes, and monitor them.
• Design operations and maintenance: You design the operation and maintenance of the applications in operation, taking into account scaling, resilience, alerting, monitoring, logging and security.
• Automation: Automate build, release and deployment processes (CI/CD) in complex staging environments.
• Smooth release management: Ensure the simple and secure automated rollout of software and project releases. You advise our customers on quality and process improvements as their point of contact.

• Practical experience: You have expertise in automation and are familiar with Infrastructure as Code concepts, CI/CD, build pipelines, containerization, cloud services and related tools. You also love supporting a software team with automated processes and tools, thereby continuously improving software quality.
• Development skills: You have very good knowledge of object-oriented development with Java or comparable languages, as well as common scripting languages (e.g. Bash, Python, Groovy).
• CI/CD experience: Experience with CI/CD, including the associated tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Git, SonarQube, Artifactory, Nexus, Maven, Gradle, etc.).
• Infrastructure as Code: You have in-depth insight into Infrastructure as Code concepts and orchestration platforms (Docker Compose, Swarm, Kubernetes, Terraform) and are confident using common automation tools such as Chef, Puppet, Ansible or SaltStack.
• AI skills: You use AI tools confidently in your field, critically evaluate the results and support customers and adessi in making use of AI's potential.
• Language skills: Very good German and good English skills.
