DevOps engineer for banking applications

Together with our Partner, one of the oldest banks in Europe, we are looking for an experienced specialist to provide services as a DevOps Engineer. The project involves migrating an existing banking application in the Structured Finance area to Azure cloud, together with redesigning it and building a fully automated software delivery process.

• Designing and developing CI/CD pipelines covering the application build, testing, and deployment stages, including selecting tools and technologies for each stage.
• Containerizing applications in Docker and configuring orchestration in Kubernetes for development, test, and production environments.
• Monitoring system performance, diagnosing problems, and controlling cloud costs against defined thresholds.
• Implementing security mechanisms at every stage of the development process, including access management and vulnerability assessment.
• Building cloud infrastructure in Terraform and contributing to the target architecture of the solution being migrated to Azure.
• Automating environment configuration and deployment processes to reduce manual errors and ensure consistency.

• 4-5 years of experience providing services as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar position.
• Practical knowledge of Azure in designing cloud applications, managing access, and dividing services.
• Proficiency in scripting in Python and knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools, including Jenkins.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in the context of application containerization and orchestration.
• Fluency in Polish.
