Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable, secure, and highly available cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Architect, deploy, and manage production-grade Kubernetes clusters supporting mission-critical containerized applications, with Docker and orchestration platforms.
Define and enforce cloud standards, patterns, and best practices across the organization, and champion DevOps and GitOps practices to improve deployment velocity and reliability.
Maintain, monitor, and optimize cloud environments across compute, storage, networking, and security, troubleshooting complex issues to ensure high availability, and lead monitoring, logging, alerting, backup, and disaster recovery.
Design and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks such as Terraform, establish continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, and drive automation-first provisioning, configuration management, and operational workflows.
Design and enforce cloud security best practices, including identity and access management (IAM), network segmentation, encryption, and compliance controls, and own cost management and resource governance.
Serve as the cloud subject matter expert across Engineering, Product, Operations, and Security, translate business requirements into resilient cloud solutions, and lead documentation of architectures and runbooks.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, and 6+ years in cloud engineering, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure roles with demonstrated senior-level responsibility.
Deep hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS or GCP), including production-scale environments.
Expert-level experience with Infrastructure as Code (such as Terraform) and infrastructure automation.
Extensive experience with Docker and Kubernetes ecosystems, including designing, deploying, managing, and troubleshooting clusters at scale.
Proficiency in scripting and automation (such as Python or Bash), and a strong understanding of cloud security principles, including IAM, network security, encryption, and compliance.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
