Standardize and own the Incident Management Platform (Jira Service Management) across production fleets;
Build fleet management and task automation for 24/7 remote operations;
Own and customize the data-driven observability layer via Grafana across all tech teams;
Automate incident workflows using AI-assisted ops tooling, including runbooks and assignment.

Senior experience with AWS, Terraform (IaC), and Python for automation and tooling;
Strong experience with metric-driven monitoring and alerting at scale;
Ability to work independently without detailed specifications;
English B2;
Nice to have: experience in fast-moving hardware, robotics, or IoT fleet environments, deep experience with Grafana dashboarding pipelines, AI-Ops or automated runbook experience.
