The team develops a data platform and services for an iGaming product.

• Lead a team of Data Engineers, Backend Developers, and QA specialists;
• Own the architecture and development of the data platform, DWH, and data services;
• Develop high-load and streaming solutions;
• Control system quality, performance, and fault tolerance;
• Implement CI/CD, code review, automated testing, and observability;
• Conduct 1-on-1s and performance reviews, and participate in team hiring and development;
• Plan team work and manage priorities, deadlines, and risks;
• Participate in incident reviews and post-mortems;
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, BI, and Backend teams.

• 5+ Years of experience in Data Engineering;
• 2+ Years of team management experience as a Team Lead or Tech Lead;
• Experience building and operating DWH, Data Lake, Big Data, or high-load solutions;
• Deep experience with ClickHouse and Kafka;
• Strong understanding of data platform architecture;
• Python development experience;
• Understanding of Data Governance and data catalogs;
• Team management, planning, and business communication skills;
• Nice to have: experience in iGaming, ML/recommendation systems, LLM, RAG, Text-to-SQL, and AI services.

• Candidates must reside in Georgia, Poland, or Armenia.
