задачи
- Lead the IT strategy and technical function;
- Oversee architecture, development, and infrastructure;
- Manage digital platforms and complex integrations;
- Work with vendors and contractors;
- Manage SLA, security, risks, and quality;
- Manage teams and executives;
- Balance technology strategy with actual delivery;
- Build processes and work with the business;
- Defend technical decisions and deliver projects to results.
требования
- Strong technical management experience;
- Experience leading architecture, development, infrastructure, and integrations;
- Experience managing teams, contractors, vendors, deadlines, budget, and quality;
- Strong operational technical leadership;
- Experience working with the business and defending technical decisions;
- Strong AI expertise;
- Nice to have: Experience as a CTO, Technical Director, Head of Engineering, or IT Director in telecom, enterprise IT, an IT integrator, a vendor, or large B2B projects.
