- Development of company’s new products from scratch
- Design and maintain the architecture of business and infrastructure solutions
- Choosing technologies and frameworks for development
- Building your backend development team
- Organize the process of testing, reviewing and maintaining quality of code in the team
- Participation in the development, planning, evaluation and control of deadlines for the execution of tasks
требования
- Experience in development using Java/Kotlin with a good understanding of payment systems
- Team/Tech lead experience
- Experience in development and updating of the architecture
- Fluency in russian language
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
- Strong adaptability and flexibility
- Experience in launching product from scratch
- Practical experience in development and updating of architecture
- High level of self-responsibility
- Experience in integrating internal services with third-party solutions
- Keen to work in an Agile environment.
- Experience with setting up CI/CD
- Experience with large data sets and multi-threaded programming
- Strong team spirit, supportive of others’ contributions.
