Software engineer in backend development

We are looking for talented Middle and Senior .NET Software Engineers to join our engineering team and work on challenging software development projects for international clients. We value engineers who combine strong software engineering fundamentals with modern development practices, take ownership of their work, and continuously explore new technologies - including AI-driven development.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and RESTful APIs using C# and .NET.
• Develop integrations with third-party services and external systems.
• Implement asynchronous processing and event-driven communication.
• Participate in technical and architectural discussions.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and production issues.
• Develop and maintain unit and integration tests.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools and AI agents to accelerate development, improve productivity, and enhance software quality.
• Apply AI-assisted workflows for code generation, refactoring, debugging, testing, and documentation while maintaining ownership of the final implementation.

• Strong knowledge of C# and .NET / ASP.NET Core.
• Experience with Entity Framework Core and/or Dapper.
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar).
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, multithreading, and concurrency.
• Experience with message brokers and asynchronous communication (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar).
• Familiarity with caching solutions such as Redis.
• Understanding of software architecture principles and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized applications.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
• Ability to effectively use AI tools for code generation, debugging, testing, refactoring, and codebase analysis.
• Ability to critically review and validate AI-generated code, ensuring security, performance, correctness, and maintainability.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international engineering environment.
