The customer is a global music technology company serving artists and record labels. The project is a platform team building the UI layer and shared components for its products.
задачи
- Collaborate on the technical design and delivery of products within a cross-functional team;
- Design and build product UI layers and shared components;
- Balance scalability, reliability, security, and performance with pragmatic delivery;
- Partner with Product and Design to understand requirements and break complex initiatives into milestones;
- Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews;
- Drive improvements to testing, observability, deployment practices, and operational reliability;
- Share knowledge and contribute to a collaborative culture of continuous learning.
требования
- 8+ Years of software engineering experience;
- Experience building and maintaining a design system or shared UI component library;
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript, React, and GraphQL;
- Ability to design components that are simple to test and hard to misuse;
- Experience with AWS cloud technologies and IaC;
- Technical writing skills, including ADRs and design documents;
- Ability to connect engineering decisions to user needs and business priorities;
- Strong communication skills in technical design discussions;
- Proactive about raising cross-team impact early;
- Code review skills that teach and help newer engineers;
- Collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous learning and technical ownership.
