PHP developer in business-critical applications

We are looking for a PHP Developer to join a project developing a new business-critical application, built from scratch. The professional will be responsible for developing and implementing back-end solutions, contributing to the definition of the application architecture and ensuring its scalability, performance, and ease of maintenance from the outset.

• Develop, test, and maintain back-end features and APIs using PHP.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust and efficient technical solutions.
• Participate in defining and implementing the application architecture, data models, and integrations with other systems.
• Apply good programming practices, ensuring code quality, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders and participate in technical discussions.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the application.
• Monitor and optimize the performance and reliability of the solutions developed.

• A university degree in Engineering or an equivalent field.
• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong experience with PHP and frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony.
• Knowledge of SQL and experience with MySQL.
• Knowledge of or experience with Docker and Git.
• Good knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) in PHP.
• Knowledge of SOLID principles and good development practices.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery processes (CI/CD).
