node.js developer in backend systems

We are seeking a Mid-Level Node.js Developer to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in building and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend systems. • Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs to integrate front-end applications and third-party services.
• Collaborate with team members to analyze requirements, propose solutions, and deliver high-quality software.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code while adhering to development best practices.
• Identify and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and other technical challenges.
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases to design schemas, write optimized queries, and ensure data consistency.
• Participate in code reviews to uphold high-quality coding standards.
• Continuously explore and adopt new tools, technologies, and development practices to drive improvement.

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in backend development using Node.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) with a solid understanding of asynchronous programming.
• Experience with frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS for building RESTful APIs.
• Solid knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and query optimization.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative version control workflows.
• Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) and debugging techniques.
• Experience writing unit tests with tools such as Jest or Mocha to ensure code reliability.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Understanding of software development best practices, including clean code, modular design, and performance optimization.
