• Design and develop complex software systems from scratch;
• Design project-wide technical solutions;
• Establish and control best development practices;

• Minimum 3 years of experience programming in C# / .NET;
• Very good knowledge of .NET 8+ / ASP.NET Core;
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure;
• Experience building web applications with Blazor;
• Very good knowledge of MSSQL and SQL, including query optimization and stored procedures;
• Familiarity with xUnit and Moq, and practical experience writing unit tests;
• Knowledge of OOP, SOLID, and design patterns;
• Independence, analytical thinking, and good work organization;
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team;
• English proficiency sufficient to work with technical documentation;
• Nice to have: Understanding of CI/CD processes, Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions, understanding of IaC and bicep, experience in AI Assisted development such as Claude Code or Codex.
