Banco de Investimento Global is a national bank specializing in savings and investment, with a presence in Portugal, Spain, and Mozambique. Its teams develop and maintain critical systems supporting banking operations, including integrations, core services, and internal platforms.

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using the Microsoft stack;
• Work on integrations between internal and external systems;
• Ensure quality, performance, and stability;
• Participate in technical and architectural decisions;
• Contribute to development best practices covering code, testing, and version control;
• Work closely with frontend, data, and business teams.

• At least 3 years of experience with .NET / C# or an equivalent OOP stack;
• Experience developing REST APIs;
• Experience with databases such as SQL Server or equivalent;
• Knowledge of architectural concepts including layers, services, and integration;
• Take responsibility for delivered work;
• Ability to solve real problems rather than only follow specifications;
• Pragmatic approach to choosing the right solution;
• Autonomy and critical thinking;
• Nice to have: Higher education in IT or equivalent, experience with distributed systems or integration, knowledge of the financial sector or regulated environments, experience with performance and troubleshooting, exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
