• help define best practices for ML engineering, documentation, and reproducible workflows

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Algorithms, with the ability to write efficient, maintainable code for production systems.
• Proficiency in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, including experience designing, training, and evaluating modern ML models.
• Solid knowledge of Statistics and applied quantitative methods for model evaluation, hypothesis testing, and performance analysis.
• Experience with common ML tools and frameworks (e.g., Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn) and version control systems.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment, communicate complex technical topics clearly, and take ownership of end-to-end solutions.
