• Define model development methodologies and best practices across the full lifecycle, including a central role in selecting the technology stack;
• Support the productionalization and evolution of Prima's machine-learning-powered Oracles that guide microservice behavior;
• Develop essential packages, microservices, pipelines, and other tools for the team;
• Learn, read, and experiment to stay current with emerging technology.

• Have a strong programming background with advanced Python skills;
• Understand the machine learning model development lifecycle, including taking models to production;
• Apply software development practices such as TDD and BDD;
• Have extensive software architecture experience and understand common design patterns;
• Have a focus on Machine Learning, Microservices, and DDD;
• Have an exceptional command of English;
• Nice to have: experience with version control for data and artefacts such as DeltaLake, DVC, or MLFlow; designing and operating cloud-based systems, preferably AWS or Databricks; messaging platforms; infrastructure as code such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi; K8s and service mesh concepts; data orchestration tools.
