Translate architectural and regulatory requirements into solution designs and technical plans
Define and maintain technical standards, development principles, and solution patterns
Lead technical design discussions and validate implementation approaches
Support estimation, technical planning, and feasibility assessments
Guide development and QA throughout delivery
Ensure quality, security, performance, and operational readiness
Oversee solution integration into the Payments Baltic VDE ecosystem
Participate in VDE architecture, integration, and delivery forums
Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies
Support environment setup, infrastructure changes, and migrations

Strong experience leading complex enterprise application deliveries
Deep knowledge of Java-based architectures and modern integration patterns
Knowledge of Kafka, APIs, orchestration design (preferably Camunda), event-driven architecture, microservices, and distributed systems
Experience translating enterprise architecture into implementation-ready solutions
Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and Azure cloud environments
Proven experience in financial services, payments, or other regulated environments
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Autonomy as a subject matter expert able to lead others
10–15 Years of experience in the role
Fluent English
