- At least 3 years of experience in Java development
- Solid experience developing and maintaining microservices and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot
- Experience with distributed architectures, with knowledge of synchronous and asynchronous communication patterns, resilience, fault tolerance, etc.
- Experience in cloud environments and cloud-native architectures
- Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices, namely Git, CI/CD, deployment automation, containerization, etc.
- Experience modernizing applications and systems, participating in the evolution of traditional/legacy architectures into solutions based on microservices and cloud technologies
