• Higher education in Information Technologies or a similar field;
• At least 8 years of professional experience in software development;
• Solid experience in Java development and microservices implementation;
• Knowledge of React;
• Experience defining software architectures and development patterns;
• Advanced knowledge of IAM solutions, namely Keycloak, Okta, OIDC and RBAC;
• Experience defining and implementing authentication and identity management architectures;
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures and messaging technologies;
• Experience identifying and resolving performance, scalability and security issues;
• Experience leading code reviews and implementing quality standards;
• Knowledge of SonarQube and Snyk;
• Experience preparing technical documentation, namely ADRs and runbooks;
• Ability to lead, guide and support team members;
• Fluency in English;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with technical and functional stakeholders;
• Autonomy, a sense of responsibility and decision-making ability.
