Java developer in high-load systems

• Design and develop new features for core products using Java and Spring as the main technologies.
• Participate in architecture decisions and the technical evolution of high-performance, real-time systems.
• Write clean, scalable, efficient and easily testable code.
• Lead and contribute technical judgment in code reviews, helping maintain a standard of excellence.
• Monitor deployments and help ensure the stability, reliability and performance of systems in production.
• Collaborate with a senior team in an environment where autonomy, feedback and shared knowledge are part of everyday work.

• More than 7 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Backend Developer or in equivalent positions.
• Strong command of Java and Spring in technology product environments.
• Experience designing software and participating in complex architecture decisions.
• Practical experience with AWS, Linux, Git, Docker, Docker Compose and CI/CD pipelines.
• A background at a product company; end-to-end experience through to production will be especially valued.
• Knowledge of high-performance systems, distributed environments or real-time bidding.
• English level B2 high or C1.
• Analytical mindset, autonomy and a healthy obsession with clean code, quality and continuous improvement.
