• Develop and maintain applications within the Consumer Finance area;

• Proven commercial experience as a Senior Java Developer;
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Hibernate, JPA, REST, and PostgreSQL;
• Practical experience using AI in real projects, beyond everyday coding assistants;
• Hands-on knowledge of RAG, vector databases, LLMs, AI Agents / Multi-Agent Systems, and data-driven AI solutions;
• Ability to design and implement AI-based solutions independently;
• Polish and English language skills at B2 level or higher.
