• Develop and build microservice systems supporting insurance claims reporting and handling processes;
• Design, implement, and develop APIs and integrations between systems;
• Participate in architecture and system solution design and implement functional and non-functional requirements;
• Create efficient, scalable, and resilient solutions for high-transaction-volume systems;
• Ensure software quality through test automation, code review, best practices, performance monitoring, and optimization;
• Use AI and Agentic AI across the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis through development, testing, and maintenance;
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary Scrum team, share knowledge, and co-create software development and AI usage standards and best practices.

• At least 5 years of experience working with Java and strong backend application development skills;
• At least 3 years of experience with Kafka and practical knowledge of asynchronous communication systems;
• Very good knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Hibernate;
• Confident SQL skills and experience working with databases;
• Experience building and developing microservice systems and APIs;
• Knowledge of code quality, testing, and security best practices, including JUnit, TestNG, Spock, Testcontainers, or WireMock;
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and Functional Programming;
• Experience with application containerization;
• Knowledge of BPMN and experience with process engines such as Flowable;
• Knowledge of mechanisms for ensuring service resilience and reliability in distributed systems;
• Experience creating frontend applications and knowledge of Angular;
• Ability to adopt AI tools in daily software development work;
• Interest in developing skills in Agentic AI and software development process automation;
• Nice to have: Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and practical experience applying it, AI agents and Agentic AI tools in software development, cloud solutions.
