Java developer for commerce platforms

SNI is serving as a trusted IT Outsourcing partner in line with the needs of World's most prestigious firms and carried out successful projects worldwide. For one of our clients based in Europe, we are currently looking for a Senior Java Developer.

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance microservices using Java 21 and Spring Boot
• Lead architectural decisions and system design for the unified commerce platform.
• Resolve complex scalability and performance challenges in high-throughput environments.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and maintain clean code standards.
• Secure and integrate REST APIs, messaging systems, and relational/NoSQL databases.
• Leverage GenAI and agentic coding tools (e.g., Gemini Code Assist) to enhance delivery workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum delivery framework.

• 8+ years of backend software development experience.
• Java 21, Spring Boot 3+, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, and Spring Cloud.
• REST API development, Swagger / OpenAPI, JSON, and XML.
• AWS SQS or Solace.
• PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Maven, Git, and GitLab CI.
• OAuth2, OpenID Connect (OIDC), Keycloak, or Okta.
• SonarQube, Snyk, and Datadog.
• GenAI and agentic development assistants (e.g., Gemini Code Assist).
