• Develop high-load backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Design and evolve microservice and event-driven architectures
• Identify and resolve architectural and performance bottlenecks
• Implement REST APIs and integrations with internal and external systems
• Work with distributed transactions and Saga-based patterns
• Design reliable interactions through Kafka
• Perform code reviews and promote engineering best practices
• Develop unit, integration, and performance tests
• Troubleshoot production issues using logs, APM, metrics, and dashboards
• Mentor less experienced engineers

• 5+ Years of commercial Java development experience
• Strong knowledge of Java 17+ and Spring Boot 3+
• Strong understanding of multithreading, concurrency, collections, generics, Streams, and exception handling
• Experience with Spring Core, Data, Security, and Hibernate / JPA
• Strong PostgreSQL experience and understanding of high-availability setups such as Patroni
• Hands-on Kafka experience and understanding of event-driven architectures
• Experience with distributed systems, scalability, Saga patterns, and REST APIs
• Experience with Docker, OpenShift, GitLab CI, and Maven / Gradle
• Strong troubleshooting and observability skills
• English B1
