• Design, develop, and enhance Java backend applications using modern development practices;
• Contribute to technical architecture and application design, including UML documentation and proof-of-concept initiatives;
• Develop and maintain Spring Boot applications and associated backend services;
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
• Create and execute unit, integration, regression, performance, and functional tests;
• Perform code reviews and promote software craftsmanship and development standards;
• Participate in effort estimation, planning activities, and project delivery;
• Contribute to process improvements, innovation initiatives, and technical excellence;
• Provide application support, troubleshooting, and bug fixing activities;
• Deploy application components, shell scripts, and database changes;
• Monitor application stability and ensure high levels of service quality;
• Participate in release management and technical documentation activities;
• Support production incidents and contribute to out-of-hours support when required;
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams;
• Ensure compliance with development lifecycle, quality, and governance standards;
• Continuously improve delivery efficiency, operational processes, and system reliability.

• At least 5 years of experience in enterprise software development environments;
• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, object-oriented programming, Collections Framework, and exception handling;
• Experience with Oracle SQL, database development, and performance optimization;
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix systems, shell scripting, DevOps tools, CI/CD practices, and software development lifecycle;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;
• Proactive, autonomous, accountable, and quality-oriented mindset;
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural teams;
• Attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure;
• Continuous learning mindset and commitment to professional excellence;
• English: C1;
• Nice to have: experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
