Strong troubleshooting skills, including root cause analysis of connectivity, message delivery, performance, and resiliency issues.
Knowledge of security, performance, scalability, availability, reliability, and regulatory requirements for enterprise integration solutions.
Ability to produce and maintain technical documentation, including solution and integration architecture documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently resolve complex technical issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to take ownership of technical topics, drive initiatives to completion, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Strong focus on quality, security, reliability, and maintainability.
Experience with API Management platforms.
Knowledge of Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures.
