We are looking for a Mid/Senior Software Engineer who will be the hands-on advocate of AI within the team. You won't just talk about AI-assisted development. You'll lead by example, using AI coding agents every day and showing your teammates how to get real value from them.
Our product landscape spans modern applications built with C# and .NET and long-lived systems in COBOL, Delphi, PowerBuilder, FoxPro and WinDev that still run critical business processes for our customers. In this role you’ll work across both, and we use AI agents throughout to work faster and smarter.
That means building features and shaping architecture on the modern stack, and equally using AI to understand, document, maintain and modernize decades-old codebases. Often the most interesting work is where the two meet: bringing legacy logic into modern architectures.
You might come from a .NET background or from one of these older technologies; either is a good starting point. Prior experience with the legacy stack is a plus but not required. What we do need is genuine willingness to work on both, curiosity to dig into unfamiliar code, and the creativity to use AI agents to make sense of it and move it forward. If you’re only looking to work on modern technologies, this probably isn’t the right fit.
