• Build and develop the department’s technical expertise
• Lead the Java development team and ensure high-quality solutions for successful project delivery
• Conduct technical interviews and evaluations, hold team meetings, identify training needs, and manage team motivation and performance
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including estimation, consulting, and direct client communication
• Represent the company at conferences and shape the strategic direction of its Java expertise
• Drive technological growth through modern tools, best practices, and innovation

• 8+ Years of commercial Java development experience and a strong understanding of its ecosystem
• Expert-level proficiency in Java and modern technologies
• Experience leading development teams of various sizes and building efficient processes
• Strong performance management and team development skills
• Full-cycle pre-sales experience, from requirement discovery and estimation to expert consulting alongside the sales team
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) English for client communication and participation in international events
