• Gather user requirements and design detailed solutions
• Lead the implementation, launch, and operation of products
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and appropriate test coverage
• Own the full lifecycle of software solutions, from development and operations to maintenance and continuous improvement, in close collaboration with the team
• Conduct acceptance testing of internal and external solutions, including code reviews and checks for compliance with guidelines, technologies, and application architecture

• Extensive experience as a Fullstack Software Engineer in a complex technology environment and/or a large technology company
• A degree in Computer Science from a university or equivalent institution, or equivalent knowledge gained through professional experience and further training in software development
• German at a business-fluent level
• Fluent English
• Several years of practical experience developing scalable backend solutions, ideally with Go, and full-stack experience including frontend development
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to contribute ideas, and creativity in finding solutions
• Confident use of CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes
