Development and maintenance of an application used in Europe by energy companies
Designing and implementing solutions using new technologies (e.g. Java 21, Angular 20, Spring)
Active participation in the process of defining application requirements
Spreading AI tools within the organisation and adapting current solutions to the latest trends
Cooperation with a foreign client

You have at least 5 years of experience in independent work with Java, Spring and Angular
You freely use LLM-based development tools (e.g. Claude Code, Codex) and understand what a Harness is
You can effectively integrate AI tools into the software development process (SDLC/ADLC, i.e. working with a specification/roadmap -> plan -> tdd/implementation -> review -> refactoring -> documentation)
You don't limit yourself to just writing code, but you are also interested in the business you are developing
Your English allows for free, everyday communication
You are meticulous, responsible, communicative, committed, and a sense of humour will be a great asset
