We're looking for a skilled FullStack Engineer to join our Development team. In this role, you'll develop and own monetization features that enhance player experience while driving our platform's revenue goals.

Design and implement monetization features end-to-end, taking ownership from concept to production
Build robust backend services using NodeJS (Express/NestJS) with PostgreSQL and Redis
Create responsive and performant frontend components with React and TypeScript
Design and optimize database schemas and caching strategies for high-traffic applications
Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and other engineers
Proactively identify technical issues and implement solutions
Lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers
требования
5+ years of hands-on experience with full-stack development
Strong proficiency in NodeJS (Express or NestJS) and React - must
Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL and Redis, including optimization techniques
Proven ability to write clean, maintainable TypeScript code
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong ownership mentality and collaborative communication skills
Advantages:
Experience with gaming platforms or real-time applications
Knowledge of advanced Redis patterns (pub/sub, Lua scripting, data structures, streams)
Experience with database performance tuning and query optimization
Familiarity with feature flags, A/B testing, and analytics implementation
History of owning and maintaining production services
