Diamond Lab is a modern IT academy focused on developing digital literacy, technical skills, and creative thinking among children and teenagers aged 5–16. We are looking for a motivated Full-Stack Engineer & IT Instructor to join our team and help inspire the next generation of technology professionals.

• Deliver engaging, practical IT and programming lessons to children and teenagers.
• Introduce students to web development, programming fundamentals, and modern technologies.
• Teach HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic front-end and back-end development.
• Develop interactive exercises, educational projects, and practical assignments.
• Adapt technical concepts to different age groups and skill levels.
• Support the development and improvement of our academy’s digital learning platforms.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.

• Knowledge of front-end and back-end development.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern framework.
• Familiarity with databases, APIs, and software development principles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple language.
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with children.
• Azerbaijani language proficiency.
