Full stack developer in lottery technology

• Research, conceptualize and develop new or complex technologies and their applications.
• Be involved with project definition and implementation at the process level.
• Act as a key technical resource to projects, to lead software design and research efforts and mentor mid-level engineers. independently applies a systematic, disciplined, quantifiable approach to the development, operation and maintenance of software with the ability to lead mid-level engineers.
• Initiate and lead engineering teams on development of new products
• Research, define, present and recommend software designs and/or alternative strategies
• Lead team in determining customer requirements and assists team in providing customer solutions
• Perform critical design reviews
• Provide mid-level engineers with methodologies and effective techniques for design engineering and problem troubleshooting and resolution. Leads them in the formulation of detailed functional and product specifications,
• Act as key technical resource (Technical Lead) to other engineers and project leaders. Effectively interfaces with other organizations of the company and acts as a liaison or contact point on both technical and non-technical matters.

• Bachelor of Science Degree with additional Education/Training or equivalent
• 5 or more related experience. Technologies: J2EE, Swing, Hibernate, Javascript and Web Services
• Expert Proficiency in Software Requirements, Software Design, Software Maintenance, Software Engineering Mgt. Software Engineering Tools & Methods and Software Engineering Quality.
• Advanced Proficiency in Software Construction, Software Testing, Software Configuration Mgt., Software Engineering Process

• The estimated starting compensation range is 203,835 zł – 313,593 zł.
• In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus with a set target (10% of salary) aligned with individual and company performance. Eligibility and payout may be prorated based on date of hire and service during the performance period or sales commission.
