full stack developer for wealth planning

Van Lanschot Kempen provides wealth management and financial services to national and international clients. Its ClientCenter platform supports wealth planners with client analysis, succession planning and personalised advice within the Private Clients domain.

• Design, build and maintain scalable applications and services;
• Develop end-to-end solutions using modern full stack technologies;
• Work closely with wealth planners to understand user workflows, validate assumptions and deliver solutions that create measurable value;
• Translate complex wealth and succession planning requirements into robust, secure and maintainable software;
• Develop a deep understanding of the Belgian wealth and succession planning domain and contribute to shaping digital solutions in this space;
• Collaborate with development teams across the cluster to deliver seamless and integrated client journeys;
• Contribute to architecture decisions, technical design and the evolution of the platform;
• Leverage AI throughout the software development lifecycle while maintaining high standards for quality, security and maintainability;
• Take ownership from analysis through implementation and release;
• Continuously improve development practices, testing approaches and system reliability;
• Coach and support junior team members through knowledge sharing, feedback and technical guidance.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer;
• Strong experience with C# .NET, Angular and modern web development technologies;
• Experience working with Azure-based solutions;
• A pragmatic approach to AI-assisted software development, balancing productivity gains with sound engineering judgement;
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working across multiple teams and stakeholders;
• Strong interest in understanding end-user workflows and improving user experience;
• Ability to quickly understand complex functional domains and translate them into technical solutions;
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in Agile teams;
• Nice to have: Dutch and English language courses.

• Gross monthly salary between €5.500 and €7.000, depending on knowledge and experience;
