• Develop and optimize Node.js/TypeScript-based microservices, focusing on performance, modularity, and scalability
• Contribute to architectural decisions that improve system maintainability and reliability
• Build and maintain React applications using Next.js (Pages Router) and Material-UI
• Implement advanced form logic using Formik and JSONSchema validation
• Ensure responsive, accessible, and high-performance user experiences
• Integrate and optimize high-throughput data systems using MongoDB, Redis, and Algolia for real-time ad delivery and insights
• Use BullMQ and RabbitMQ for reliable distributed message queuing and background processing
• Partner with Product, Design, and Analytics teams to deliver end-to-end Retail Media features
• Participate in sprint planning, technical reviews, and solution discovery to align engineering with business goals

• Strong hands-on skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, and modern web technologies
• Deep experience building scalable microservices and frontend applications in cloud-native environments
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, focusing on scalability, testing, and long-term system health
• Work comfortably in Agile/Scrum teams and contribute proactively to cross-functional initiatives
• Be a continuous learner who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys solving real-world business challenges with technology
• Have AI experience, have integrated it into real systems and shipped features with it
