full stack developer for digital asset operations

The Vault by Tría Finance is a Swiss and EU-regulated fintech group that provides institutional-grade digital asset infrastructure and services. It combines a software vendor and a licensed Crypto Asset Service Provider (CASP), and develops and operates crypto-native solutions that support institutional digital asset strategies across custodial and non-custodial models.

• Build end-to-end product features across Go and Node.js/Express backends and a React frontend
• Use AI-assisted development tools daily to accelerate delivery, refactoring, and test generation while verifying outputs and maintaining clean code
• Design backend services using DDD patterns, clean layering, and pragmatic architecture
• Implement data models and migrations across PostgreSQL and MongoDB
• Build and maintain REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven workflows
• Implement React (TypeScript) frontend flows, including dashboards, admin workflows, status lifecycles, and audit views
• Ensure correctness and observability through structured logging, metrics, tracing, and production-ready error handling
• Contribute to security fundamentals, including RBAC, least-privilege access, safe secrets handling, and audit trails
• Own quality through unit, integration, and contract tests, and CI pipelines

• 7+ Years building production systems with Go and/or the MERN stack, plus solid React experience
• Strong backend fundamentals in concurrency, APIs, reliability, and debugging
• Hands-on DDD experience, including domain modeling and maintaining clean boundaries
• Strong PostgreSQL and MongoDB skills in schema and collection design, indexing, query tuning, and migrations
• Experience with GORM, Mongoose, or similar ORMs/ODMs, and comfort using raw SQL or aggregation pipelines
• React proficiency; TypeScript is preferred
• Experience with state management and form-heavy admin UIs
• Good testing discipline, including Go testing, Jest/Vitest, integration tests, and frontend testing basics
• Confident daily use of AI coding tools with disciplined verification and secure practices
• Ownership mindset, clear communication across teams, pragmatic decision-making, and comfort with ambiguity and fast iteration
