Frontend developer for e-commerce

We are looking for an experienced Frontend Developer to develop, maintain, and optimize high-traffic web applications. The professional will focus on frontend performance, accessibility, modern web development practices, and code quality, contributing to scalable and reliable digital experiences.

• Develop, maintain, and improve production-ready web frontend applications.
• Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces.
• Optimize website performance using Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse, and related tools.
• Apply Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Client-Side Rendering (CSR) principles.
• Participate in code reviews, automated testing, and version control processes.
• Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly, reviewing and validating generated code.
• Collaborate with development teams to maintain frontend quality and reliability.

• Minimum 5 years of experience developing and maintaining production web frontends.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP, and browser fundamentals.
• Solid understanding of Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Client-Side Rendering (CSR).
• Hands-on experience optimizing performance in high-traffic websites, including Core Web Vitals and Lighthouse.
• Practical knowledge of web accessibility standards, particularly WCAG.
• Experience with Git, code reviews, and automated testing.
• Mature use of AI development tools, with the ability to critically evaluate and validate AI-generated code.
• English B2+ and Portuguese B2+.
