• collect, clean, and prepare structured and unstructured data from various sources for analysis
• exploring datasets
• building statistical and machine learning models
• evaluating their performance to support product and business decisions
• designing and implementing dashboards and visual reports
• communicating findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• collaborating with engineering and product teams to deploy data solutions
• document methodologies
• maintain reproducible workflows
• contribute to ongoing improvement of analytics tools and processes

• Strong foundation in Data Science and Statistics, with the ability to design experiments, build models, and interpret quantitative results.
• Proficiency in Data Analytics and Data Analysis, including data cleaning, feature engineering, and deriving actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Experience with Data Visualization tools and techniques to create clear, informative dashboards and reports.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages commonly used in data work (such as Python or R) and relevant libraries or frameworks.
• Familiarity with SQL and basic database concepts;
• Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to diverse stakeholders and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics) or equivalent practical experience.
