Data engineer in AI

• Translate business challenges into scalable data solutions.
• Act as a technical sparring partner for clients, consultants and engineers.
• Design and build modern data platforms in Azure.
• Support architecture choices, scope definition and technical decision-making.
• Structure projects and help define deliverables and the implementation approach.
• Actively contribute to the development of junior and medior colleagues.
• Work with Business Development to translate client questions into technical solutions.
• Actively contribute to knowledge sharing within Datacation.
• Present technical solutions and advice to clients and stakeholders.

• At least 5 years of experience in data engineering.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, Python, SQL and data modelling, focused on building production-ready solutions.
• Experience guiding and coaching colleagues.
• The ability to explain technical choices clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, entrepreneurial attitude.
• Excellent command of Dutch, both spoken and written.
