Nitka Technologies develops software for customers in the US and Europe and brings together about 300 professionals from Europe, North and South America. The project supports a U.S. bank holding company that provides retail banking, commercial banking, wealth management, and trust services.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows to support business and analytics needs;
• Build and optimize data integration solutions across enterprise databases, cloud platforms, and data warehouses;
• Automate data provisioning, refresh, and masking workflows using Delphix APIs and scripting;
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines, database performance, and Delphix environments;
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across multiple data platforms;
• Participate in data modeling, schema design, and database optimization initiatives;
• Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and best practices.

• 5+ Years of experience as a Data Engineer;
• Hands-on experience with Delphix, including Data Virtualization, Data Masking, and provisioning virtual databases;
• Strong experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable ETL/ELT pipelines;
• Solid proficiency in SQL and Python;
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP;
• Experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or Synapse Analytics;
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, including Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL, and data warehousing concepts;
• Experience integrating Delphix with enterprise databases and CI/CD pipelines;
• Strong spoken and written English skills at Intermediate level or higher.
