The company is a fast-growing SaaS scale-up based in Stockholm.

• Lead the development of a technology strategy aligned with the organisation’s mission and goals
• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement a technology roadmap, including data and AI initiatives
• Oversee the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance
• Ensure technology platforms and systems are secure, reliable and scalable
• Manage and stabilise the technology team, including hiring, performance management and retention
• Assess the current technology landscape, identify risks and technical debt, and address them
• Evaluate new technologies and stay up to date with industry trends
• Develop and manage the technology budget
• Support the recruitment of a permanent CTO and ensure a smooth handover

• 10+ Years of experience in technology leadership roles
• Proven experience developing and implementing technology strategies
• Previous experience as an interim, or in scaling, change or turnaround situations
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and data/AI environments
• Experience managing technical teams and projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English and Swedish
• Available to start quickly
