Svoy Chelovek is building an AI-assisted mental health care navigation platform that helps users identify appropriate support, find relevant mental health professionals, understand potential fit, and track or adjust the quality of matches. The startup targets multilingual European and distributed teams through a B2B2C model for employers.

• Build the MVP;
• Validate the care-navigation and matching model with real users;
• Land the first B2B pilot;
• Build the product and company together as a technical co-founder;
• Build quickly, test assumptions, and talk to users.

• Strong full-stack engineering skills;
• Product thinking and an interest in early-stage startups;
• Comfortable building quickly, testing assumptions, and talking to users rather than only receiving specifications;
• Nice to have: hands-on AI/LLM experience, being based in Serbia.

• Meaningful equity as part of a real co-founder role;
• The company is currently pre-funding and preparing an application for Serbia’s Smart Start early-stage funding program;
• If funding is secured, paid founder compensation is planned during the funded development period;
• Belgrade / Serbia / remote.
