• Define and execute the overall Product & Technology strategy in line with business objectives
• Lead Product Management, Engineering, AI, and related technology functions
• Drive organizational transformation and establish a scalable product operating model
• Improve product delivery speed, engineering efficiency, and execution predictability
• Build and develop high-performing leadership teams across Product and Engineering
• Own product roadmap prioritization and focus on measurable business outcomes
• Partner with executive leadership to support growth, innovation, and digital transformation
• Ensure platform scalability, reliability, performance, and customer experience excellence
• Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and data-driven decision-making
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, including AI-driven solutions

• 10+ Years of leadership experience in Product, Technology, or Digital organizations
• Proven experience leading Product and Engineering functions at scale
• Experience managing organizations of 100+ professionals across multiple functions
• Strong background in marketplace, e-commerce, consumer internet, super-app, or platform businesses
• Demonstrated success transforming and scaling product and engineering organizations
• Deep understanding of modern product development methodologies and agile delivery practices
• Solid technical foundation and ability to challenge engineering and architectural decisions
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to connect product strategy with business performance
• Hands-on, execution-oriented leadership style focused on measurable results
• Fluent English
