C++ developer in financial services

Miller Maxwell is working with an international financial services organisation that is expanding its software engineering team. The business is strengthening its position in the European market by investing significantly in every department within the business; they are expanding aggressively in every area.

• Work on the client's software products and and software applications.
• Collaborate directly with senior stakeholders and internal department heads, turning their requirements into high-performance solutions.
• Help prioritise and manage the delivery of software development projects.
• Work closely with the wider technology teams to make sure development requests are delivered efficiently.

• No prior finance experience is required.
• Senior C++ Developer experience required.
• At least 5 years' commercial software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with C++.
• Proficiency with the STL and multithreading.
• Experience in performance-critical environments.
• Strong Linux/Unix experience.
