Big data engineer

• Learning under the supervision of an experienced programmer
• Spend 30-40 hours per week for 6 months on developing yourself in your chosen field
• Working closely with your mentor on daily tasks
• Regular office attendance

• Java/Scala/Python background
• Knowledge of algorithms and Data Structures basics
• SQL/RDS basics (syntax, normalization principles, etc.)
• Understanding of code quality principles (unit, functional, integration, performance testing)
• English: Intermediate or higher (spoken and written)
• Education: Computer/Data Science, Mathematics or other technical departments are highly preferable
• Будет плюсом: Problem-solving skills; Communication and other soft skills; Practical experience with version of control (e.g. GIT); Hands-on experience with Big Data frameworks/libraries (Pandas, Spark etc.)

• The duration of the internship is 6 months;
• 6-8 working hours a day;
