- Design, build, and maintain scalable distributed backend systems
- Own services end-to-end, from architecture to production reliability
- Develop Web3 infrastructure, blockchain integrations, and smart contract interactions
- Work closely with product teams and API clients to shape technical solutions
- Use AI tools daily to improve engineering workflows, debugging, and delivery
требования
- 5+ Years building production-grade distributed backend systems
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and design patterns
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Python
- Database experience with PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB/Cassandra
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Sentry, Prometheus, or Grafana
- Hands-on, daily use of AI in software development
- Strong ownership, communication, and product mindset
- Будет плюсом: Golang experience, Web3, blockchain, dApps or smart contract experience, previous experience in fast-paced startups
