Backend engineer for AI agents

Eigent AI is a research-driven startup aiming to design practical artificial general intelligence. We build agents that can efficiently reason and interact with external environments in a robust manner. Our prior work includes camel-ai.org, which is the earliest large language model-based multi-agent system for real-world task solving. As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will be engaged in the research and development as well as the launch of our team's key products.

• Participate in the development of the company's enterprise-level products backend, ensuring system security, high availability, and reliability.
• Engage in business requirement discussions, product design reviews, and drive the development team to deliver products on time with high quality.
• Responsible for the development and architectural design of the company’s enterprise application platform, ensuring the quality of design and coding, and tackling key technical challenges.
• Stay updated with leading-edge backend tech and integrate these advancements into our product development.

• Expertise in Go, Java or Python, knowledge of k8s, Redis, docker, and experience in developing high-concurrency systems.
• Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures, familiar with network programming, and a certain understanding of common network protocols.
• Proficient in common database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc., with strong database design and optimization skills.
• Outstanding problem-solving and analytical abilities, along with strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• A proactive and optimistic approach, a strong sense of responsibility, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent team communication and collaboration skills.
